The County of Riverside has a system that rapidly calls residents to alert people living in harm’s way of an emergency event or disaster.
If you wish to receive a phone call and text message on your cell phone, you must register that number in Alert RivCo by clicking the "Register Now" button to your left and completing the form. Your number will be added to the regional database immediately.

Emergency Management Department

Emergency Management Department
The Emergency Management Department is charged with preparing for, mitigating for, responding to and recovering from emergencies and disasters. The department is also the local emergency medical services authority for Riverside County, which regulates pre-hospital care from paramedics and ambulance providers.
